The John Storm Franchise, is a series of original "climate and ocean" awareness stories being developed as graphic novel and screenplay adaptations. This is the 5th iteration of the Vampire theme, with romantic horror overtones, as a distinguished Carpathian scientist sets out to discover why ancient Egyptians believed in life after death. The original Count Dracula was created by the Irish writer Bram Stoker.
Jack Mason is a CIA black ops agent, who is partial to selling information on the side, as long as he is paid in an untraceable currency, gold or diamonds.
Jack knows John Storm from the days when Charley Temple was captured by Neuwelt Rittertum guards, at their laboratory near Manaus, along the Amazon river. He is working for DARPA, to secure the enhancing technology, that they developed, but instead, John makes off with the CyberCore Genetica™ super-nano-computer, and all the New World Knight's notes, with Dan and Charley Temple. Jack is wary of John and John knows Jack always has his own agenda.
In this original fictional story, part of the "Cleopatra Universe," it turns out that Cleopatra, the ancient Egyptian Queen of the Nile, has a royal bloodline that evolved over 10,000 years, to cope with and ward off a plague of Vampires that infiltrated her desert culture, thousands of years before she was born. The Pharaohs searched for a way to kill the night prowlers, other than silver knives and wooden stakes through their hearts.
If a vampire bites a person, they become infected, and develop the virus. If Cleopatra bites an infected person, before they turn completely, they become immune to the vampire virus.
